Bug fixes:

1. It used to be possible to spawn infinite KeK stations. 
2. Fixed some dialogue errors.
3. Repair platforms were spawning empty.
4. Gun traders weren't spawning.
5. Spawning the DF was breaking the game.
6. Increased repair speed for all races.
